Like the women of the early church—Priscilla, who taught the faith (Acts 18:26), Phoebe, a servant of the church (Romans 16:1-2), and Lydia, who opened her home for worship (Acts 16:14-15)—Emma believed in the power of women to lead, serve, and uplift one another.
