The Birth of High Calling—A Journey of Faith and Unity
In Red Deer, Alberta, Emma experienced a life-changing moment of divine inspiration. Through prayer, she felt called by God to unite and support women from all walks of life. Her vision went beyond one group—it was about creating a space of belonging and empowerment for all women, regardless of race or background.
With unwavering faith, Emma began small gatherings that quickly grew into High Calling, a foundation dedicated to helping women find community, connection, and purpose. Like the women of the early church—Priscilla, who taught the faith (Acts 18:26), Phoebe, a servant of the church (Romans 16:1-2), and Lydia, who opened her home for worship (Acts 16:14-15)—Emma believed in the power of women to lead, serve, and uplift one another.
High Calling is rooted in the same tradition of service and unity, breaking down barriers and building bridges across cultures. Emma’s journey reminds us of the incredible impact of answering God’s call to uplift and unite, just as these faithful women did.
Join us in this movement of faith and strength—together, we can change the world, one woman at a time.
